Our therapists pride themselves in providing individualized massage sessions catered to the needs of each client. However, choosing from one of our services below helps the therapist know your goals of your session.
Swedish Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Choose from a 30, 60, or 90 minute session.
Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage
$55+
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Choose from a 30, 60, or a 90 minute session.
Auto Accident/Workmans Comp Recovery
Rx Required
Have you recently been in an auto accident or injured at work? We can help! We work with auto and workman's comp insurance claims so the benefits of massage are available to you at little or no cost to you. A doctor's script and a claim number from your insurance company are required. Please call Nicole to learn more and set up an appointment.
Prenatal Massage
$55+
Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers. Specially-designed massage tables or cushions, or side-lying postures are used to keep the expecting mother comfortable while preventing putting pressure on the growing baby. Choose from a 30 or 60 minute session.
Cupping Massage
$55+
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Choose from a 30, 60, or 90 minute session.
Myofasical Release
$45+
Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. The method engages the myofascial tissue and loads it with constant force until release occurs. To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached. Choose from a 30, 60, or 90 minute session.
Couples Massage
$190+
Experience all the wonderful benefits of massage with someone you love, whether it be a sister, friend, significant other, or spouse! This session is designed for two people to receive a massage at the same time, in the same private room, but on two separate massage tables and each person with their own therapist. Chair Massage
$25+
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. Choose from a 15 or 30 min session.
Gentle Touch Therapy
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
$45+
Cranio-Sacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer. Choose from a 30, 60, or 90 minute session. Only available with Krista.
Reiki
$45+
Reiki is a gentle touch therapy based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through the body. The practitioner uses a gentle touch or places hands just above the body – to help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing.
Reiki was originally developed by a Japanese man named Mikao Usui in the 1920s. The term comes from two Japanese words: “Rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which loosely translates to a lifeforce of energy. Only available with Mary.
Lymphatic Drainage

This type of massage is known to relieve swelling caused by medical treatment or illness that blocks the lymphatic system. This gentle manipulation of specific areas of your body encourages the natural drainage of lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Enjoy the benefits of receiving cranio-sacral and massage therapy in one great therapeutic session! Only available with Krista.
CBD Massage Oil

Elevate any massage session with the addition of CBD oil. It helps to reduce muscle soreness, fatigue, joint and injury-related inflammation, helps decrease general pain and that related to fibromyalgia, as well as addresses skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, and mosquito bites. This enhancement is only available with select therapists.
Sea Salt Scrub

Elevate your massage by adding on a rejuvenating sea salt scrub for your hands and feet will love. This enhancement is only available with select therapists.
Hot Stones
$20
Elevate your massage by adding hot stones. Heated stones are used to help you relax while easing tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. This enhancement is only available with select therapists.
Bamboo
$20
Elevate your massage by adding bamboo. The heated bamboo is kneaded into the tissue allowing the therapist to knead deeper and firmer than they would be able to with only their hands. The length and width of the bamboo used can change depending on the detail necessary for accurate gliding strokes. This technique helps increase mobility and reduce pain.This enhancement is only available with select therapists.
Wellness Services
KT (Sports/Athletic) Taping

Application of tape directly to the skin in order to maintain a stable position of bones and muscles during athletic activity. This reduces pain and aids in recovery. Taping is usually used to help recover from overuse and other injuries.
Facials
Basic Facial

Enjoy a relaxing basic facial that leaves your skin healthy and glowing! You will receive a double cleanse, high frequency, and a mini massage followed by toner and moisturizer. This facial is perfect for a quick pick me up you deserve! 30 minutes session.
Relaxing Spa Facial

Enjoy a relaxing spa facial while still receiving all the benefits to keep your skin healthy and glowing! You will receive a double cleanse, gentle steam exfoliation with ultrasonic, high frequency, hydro jelly mask, massage of the face and décolle followed with toner and moisturizer. 60 minute session.
Facial Waxing
Brow Wax and Shape

Brow shaping involves waxing and tweezing along your brow's natural lines to ensure a perfect contour and enhance your natural features. It opens up your face, brightens your eyes, and highlights your bone structure.
Upper Lip Wax

Upper lip waxing is a quick facial hair removal treatment with results that can last for up to a month. It takes less than 15 minutes from start to finish and you're left with smooth, hair-free skin.
Chin Wax

Chin waxing removes all of the hair in the chin area and left long-lasting smooth skin. Since the hair root is removed, it takes time to reform before appearing on your chin again, therefore it can last for multiple weeks.

Classic Full Set

One classic lash extension is applied to each one of your natural lashes, extending the length and appearance of your eyelashes. Classic lashes are suitable for clients who have a good amount of natural lashes, a few gaps, and desire a natural or medium effect. (3 hour session)
Classic One Week Fill

Your stylist will apply eyelash extensions to give your lash line a full and refreshed look by replacing any long or overgrown eyelash extensions with new extensions along with applying extensions to new lashes and natural lashes that have lost their extension. (1.5 hour session)

We have a full staff of experienced massage therapists that offer a wide spectrum of massage modalities to suit your needs. In addition to massage, we offer a variety of wellness services such as chiropractic care and alternative therapies.
